Respected for her unparalleled marketing and negotiation skills, Linette has sold all types of properties including Artist in Residence, Single Room Occupancy (SRO) and units in Land-lease buildings. Linette has earned the esteemed New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) and the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designations, awarded by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Born in The Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Linette lived in Greenwich Village for over a decade and now resides on Park Avenue in Midtown. Linette’s husband, Matthew Semino, is a private banker at J.P. Morgan and their 7 year old daughter is in the Mandarin immersion program at Avenues: The World School in Chelsea.
